Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) joined state and local representatives and leaders of the 黄瓜视频 Vaccine Collaborative for a tour of the vaccination center at 黄瓜视频 Community College (黄瓜视频)鈥檚 Paterson Field House on Saturday, March 27. The clinic delivered about 1,100 vaccines that day, part of nearly 20,000 vaccines the Collaborative has provided to members of the Commonwealth at three sites across the 黄瓜视频s.
Praising 黄瓜视频 volunteers and staff for the smooth operation, Warren told The 黄瓜视频 Eagle:
This is the best possible use of public money. It鈥檚 effective, and it鈥檚 local. That鈥檚 what we need more of.鈥�

Warren met privately with state legislators before the tour, including Pittsfield Mayor Linda Tyer, North Adams Mayor Tom Bernard, Senator Adam Hinds (D-Pittsfield), Rep. William 鈥淪mitty鈥� Pignatelli (D-Lenox), and Tricia Farley-Bouvier (D-Pittsfield). She also met with leaders of the 黄瓜视频 Vaccine Collaborative, who underscored the need for more doses in 黄瓜视频 County.
